Family run company Goliath provides a dynamic, inspiring environment where new ideas can grow and blossom. Goliath has offices in Hong Kong, all around Europe, the US and Australia and is truly an international company targeted for growth. For our service part and customer service division we’re looking to build a system that can handle this.
We decided to make our own software, which is relatively similar to tools like Zendesk. Previously we used Eventum and Excel to register our complaints but we want to professionalize this and use a tool that internationally available.
Consumers can either call us, email us or go to the webshop to order service parts.
GoDesk is a consumer service tool in which we store webshop orders and customer requests.
We’re half way the development of it. The system is built upon Laravel / PHP and should have a live connection with a couple of webshops (all WooCommerce, 3).
Previous developer is available for questions and to explain the code.
* First Index is nearly done - it has all complaints + filtering.
* #2 TAB (NEW): Webshop orders should have a separate index with the same design.
* New orders come in from 3 different webshops ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL])
* Full order is copied to GoDesk
* Order status (waiting for payment, ready to be fullfilled, etc.)
* “Send” address
* Products, qty, price, incl. VAT excl. VAT
* Subtotals
* Totals
* Order date
* Order status should be changeable in GoDesk - and this order status should be changed accordingly in the webshops.
* Option to print a packing list, address page and invoice from the system.
* These should have a adaptive design. Export to PDF.
* Option to select multiple orders and print a “pick order list“ for employee.
* Flow:
* Users auto selects all orders with status “Ready to be fullfilled” (one button option), or selects specifc orders
* Print the order picking list (Excel or PDF) with Products + QTYs
* Bulk print the Packing List for every order
* Bulk print the Address sheet (possibly on the back side of the specific Packing List to save paper)
* Option to filter webshop orders based on country and status in the overview.
* Spice up the design to match the Goliath style (can be copied style elements from [login to view URL]).
* System requirements:
* SERVICE REQUESTS
* Show all pending service requests
* Communciation by email to customers through the system
* WEBSHOP
* Webshop API connection
* Generated print file of packing list
* Daily pick list with daily jobs
* Print address sticker sheet with orders of the day
* Confirm orders and automatically change the status
* Language: English only.
* 10-20 users will be using the system world wide.
