Custom magento extension

I need a form that creates a simple (i.e. not Configurable) product in Magento. The form needs the following requirements: Form must have: * All required fields in order to create a simple product * Category selection (multi-select) * Ability to add custom attributes * Ability to add a product image * Need to be able to securely access from the frontend of magento ** Require a login and proper role to create a product, but can be exposed through a CMS page via a block or phtml file * Responsive form - I use Magento RWD and need to make sure the form is responsive depending on device Here are some resources I found that you can copy and paste from to get started: [login to view URL] [login to view URL]
