When my server comes under heavy load, there are non-essential plugins I can disable to reduce the load on the server. I would like a plugin that I can add to wordpress to 1) Have an new Admin page where I can choose one or many of my installed plugins and add it to a list. This list is called "Non essential Plugins" list. 2) include in wordpress cron a job. When wordpress cron is called the new job will tests the server load. 2.1) If the CPU is running at over 95% then disable the plugins on my "Non essential Plugins" list. Then clear the W3TC page cache and minify cache. 2.1) If the CPU is running at under 35% then enable the plugins on my "Non essential Plugins" list. Then clear the W3TC page cache and minify cache.
