Create a beautiful responsive TablePress Table

I use the TablePress Plugin on a lot of Website Projects. What I need is a Freelancer who can make the responsiveness of the TablePress Tables more attractive.
I have an example how it should look like:

Please look at the Table. On the full desktop view I can see the table header on the left an 7 columns with products on the right. With smaller screens columns begin to disappear. I don't want this to happen with my table. The table should be horizontal scrollable or have arrows on the left and right to switch products (look at TablePress carousel extension installed on my example wordpress site: [login to view URL])
I want the blue "Testsieger" Badge to be on the first column (not table header) and the "Preis-Leistungs-Sieger" Badge to be on the second column (same colours).
Font size and design should be like in the example.
The most important part is the mobile responsiveness. Please scale the example page so that you can see how the table transforms into a div and ul mix and the table disappears. I don't know how this is handled (css, java or a plugin?), but I want it to be exactly like in the example or like in this example ([login to view URL]).
I need to be able to apply this solution to every Website that i have and it needs to be update-safe.
