A lot will depend on what shall be classified as gibberish? Any non-dictionary words such as "ur", "mah" "yoouu" etc.? Or, leet-speak such as 1d10t? Or, presence of special characters such as $#!t? I'll make a real bid once you can provide some clarity on that. As for my background, I've authored books on Java, C++ and Data Structures, and have over 10 years of professional experience as a software engineer and consultant. I would love to know the purpose of this project, as in where it will be used, and probably can offer a suggestion or two.
