Create a Wordpress Website for Realtor in Hawaii

Aloha, My name is Brian I am technology based real estate agent with some Wordpress experience. I am looking for someone to build my website. I have the name and hosting set up and wp installed. This is a project I could take on myself but I feel my time is better spent contacting prospects rather than building websites. Im not too picky on design and will provide examples of what I want the sight to look like. It needs to be able to integrate with the local Maui Hawaii MLS (multiple listing system). I will provide whatever information necessary for that and there are plenty of free IDX plugins. It would be awesome if the site could integrate with Contactually to automatically place lead info into my CRM (from user login, house inquiry,contact page or landing page). Should be 100% compatible on all browsers and major devices and have social media sharing and login capabilities. As far as budget and timeline, I am once again flexible. I encourage the use of any free plug-ins, theses, templates, bootstrap, buddypress, ect. to cut cost. However at the end of the day the speed, responsiveness, functionality and ease of use outweigh the need to cut cost. The person that can deliver close to, or exceeding, my expectations will earn all future work from me. That being said software developers and overseas applicants are also encouraged to apply.
