Enable the owner to communicate with clients via membership subscription site and manage routine maintenance like managing client subscription and announcement like issuing time sensitive announcement for members to login to view.
Given:
1. Overall site organization
a. Main: Enable me to briefly describe my service.
b. Member login site.
c. About: on staff background.
d. Past announcements: I should able to edit this section easily.
e. Allow Social Media sharing like Facebook, LinkedIn.
f. Need to know statistics of viewers

4. The web site theme needs to have professional appearance and related to increasing portfolio values.

6. Registration processes:
a. As the owner of the site, I need to review each registration prior to approval.
b. Verifying human singing up is required.
c. Need to collect the following from the clients:
i. First Name
ii. Last Name
iii. E-mails
iv. No. of working years
7. Membership area
a. Multi-level setting: start with 3 first. Assuming there are A, B, and C subscription.
b. By default, when clients register, they can enter only A and have a trial period like 180 days.
i. Clients need to accept TOS and Disclaimer to go through registration.
ii. Disclaimer should pop up every 5 login or other figures I can manage.
c. Clients need to pay to access B, and C area. Members can only access subscribed service (s).
d. In each subscription, there will be announcements.
i. When I make announcements at relevant subscription, the subscriber automatically (prefer) receive message in their email to remind them to login to view the messages. Please recommend the easiest way to accomplish this feature.
e. Payments: PayPal system allowing: PayPal, and typical credit cards.
f. Target the traffic of 1000 subscribers.
g. I should be able to download client information: When they joined, what service they subscribe, their login in statistics.
8. Enable the flexibility that the site can be translate to other languages.
9. Event sign up
a. From time to time, I will host web conferences for my clients. I like to have an event registration log to plan ahead. May be this can be done outside of webpage.
