Enter details like Name, Date of Birth, Experience and Keywords for skills and should be able to upload resume in doc and pdf. 4. Should get job suggestions posted by employers in email as well as notification in their inbox and button to apply after which the profile should be shared with the one who posted the job (Employer). 5. Search available openings posted by candidates using keyword search, location and experience. Employer Login Employer should be able to 1. Register 2. Post Jobs 3. Search candidate profiles using keywords, experience, Location, etc as filter or search criteria. 4. Download unlimited Resumes. NOTE : WE ARE STARTING OUR NON PROFIT NGO UNIT. WE ARE DOING THIS AS CHARITABLE TRUST WHERE REGISTRATION AT INITIAL STAGE IS NOT MANDATORY AS WE DON'T EVEN HAVE MONEY TO REGISTER NGO. I BELIEVE THAT JOB IS A SERVICE WHICH SHOULD BE PROVIDED FOR FREE AND CONSULTANTS AS WELL AS OTHER SITES DO CHARGE HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY IN RESOURCING.
