Create a Smarty PHP Feature on my CMS

I need a feature added to my current VIDEO CMS both on the front end and back-end. My VIDEO CMS is created in SMARTY PHP. You must have a working understanding pf Smarty PHP, PHP, HTML 5, CSS 3, etc I need a way for people to find what channel plays their favorite program. The way this will work will be 2 ways. They can search for the program. They can also select from a list of Alphabetical letters A-Z that stands for the name of their program. Then the list of programs appear. They will find the program and it will show logos or text of then TV Channel's and #'s that carry's that program. They will then select the channel and it must be linked to the page of the channel for the customer to watch. You will do this work on the front end, and then on the back end give me a page where i can control the front end by adding programs manually and the data along with it. You must start right away and complete to my 100% satisfaction and requirements. You will not bid outside of my project budget range or you will not be hired.
