For anonymus user page layout will be - [login to view URL] and for logged in user page layout will be - [login to view URL] The Theme will be tested via Automation Testing Software. Developer with Proper Drupal Theme building experience may bid, I might ask for some sample theme with detailed code explanation, Payment will be made after successfully installed and integrated into system after automation testing.
