Create a Custom Furniture Product Builder

Hi, I am looking for someone to create a product builder for my magento website. It will only be on one page of the website and it will need to have the ability for me to add products and attributes in backend. The customer will be able to customise their chairs and tables.
Example, Table Top 1 in black, table legs 2 in green - material wood and then the customer can check out.
I hope to have it look the same as the one at this link:

The look is very important.
THE BACKEND WILL NOT RENDER THE MATERIALS AND COLOURS. INSTEAD IT WILL LOAD AN IMAGE WE HAVE MADE
Example: ok so lets say the customer chooses chair 1, [url removed, login to view] will be loaded where that chair is on the image I sent you (the image of how I want the product builder to look, ill send it again if you don't have it)
then the customer will select the colour "Blue"
So then it will load [url removed, login to view]
then material for the frame will be chosen, customer chooses "wood grain"
So then [url removed, login to view] will be loaded and etc
there will be images for every combination, we are having them 3d modeled
at the end all the attributes will be summed up and then the customer can check out
