Create Android & Facebook App From Existing iOS Application

I need some professional programmers to create a android & facebook version of an existing ios application. This existing app is a quiz app found at [login to view URL] , and it has a admin backend to add questions, and also is connected to a pusher server to get questions and answers. There will be some modifications on the existing app which will be implemented to apps on the new platforms.
The new features will be;
*Remove "play game" and replace it with "create game" and "Join game" which will give a list of created games to join.
*Create a introduction "video" which will explain firt time users how to play this game, giving them the opportunity to click "Ok" and write answers to proceed to next explanation and give the a view of common glance of the game.
*Java programmers to give the design a dynamic and elastic feel, like in candy crush, where you have moving borders on phrames, moving figures and so on.
*Currently the pusher server is connected to one language. You will have to create a database to make it possible to play in 3 languages simultaneously. Language option will be shown for first time users to pick from.
*some other minor changes.
