I need an access database to manage Stock, sales, accounts and a membership base with subscriptions. If it can be linked to my online usermanager which is stored on a Mysql server then that would be even better. I would like it stored on a server if possible so resellers can gain access through the web. I'd also like it linked to MS Outlook so it can automatically email renewals and targeted mailshots. I currently use Maillist controller for sending my emails out but I'd like a centralised system that does the lot.
