Copy a website as it is from square space over to Wordpress + additional work

I need someone to go to a square space website link (see attached zip file) and copy the existing content and design over to my Wordpress hosting. I am able to buy a Wordpress theme if this helps (e.g. Avada) or you can create it any way you like but it needs to be done quickly. And it needs to look EXACTLY the same as it does now on squarespace. I also need additional functionality using WPML The WordPress Multilingual Plugin. I have bought this and I need someone to add a new dropdown language selector on the top right hand side of the design for Arabic and English. This must change all the text on the entire website to the chosen language. Also need to add in some nice subtle Parallax effects. Need to remove the word Sponsor from footer. Need to be able to FULLY edit all items (main nav manu and also sub menu items on individual pages) On What we do page, each subsection needs to have an area at the bottom on white to add Sponsors (title and then area centered below where client can add sponsor logos with a link behind). Also under this section we need to add x2 more pages / links called "Disability Programs" and "Community programs". I will supply the content for these What we do pages, so please factor this in. Client must be able to edit the content on these pages very easily and use plugins. This is why I think Avada theme might be worth using, since I am a little familiar with this and I know there are loads of great options for layout etc. Please factor in for a couple of extra hours for the client making small amends within your quote. Please note time wasters and only reliable, trustworthy freelancers apply. Noone ewho frequently uses excuses of family deaths or powercuts please. YOU MUST BE A WORDPRESS + PLUGIN EXPERT AND ABLE TO FULLY CUSTOMISE A WORDPRESS THEME TO GET IT EXACTLY AS CLIENT WANTS IT. Deadline: 19th June There is only a small budget for this job and it is a very easy job for the right person.
