Convert template to Market Visit Report Website -- 2

I have an existing Codeigniter/Fusion Charts based website which displays charts of sales performance data to users. The users want to add a ‘Market Visit Report’ tab into the existing website. The tab would be an entrance into another website with a similar colour scheme and identity as it’s host that would have a range of other features in addition to allowing users to add/edit/display/share the Market Reports. The host site would give permission to access this tab but once inside user permissions would be managed by the permissions management of the site itself. To achieve their objectives the plan is to: 1. Take an open source Project Management application – web2project - and modify it: a. Creating or amending some features to create and manage the Market Visit Reports b. Keep some of the existing Project Management and Collaboration features available c. Suppress some features which are not wanted at the present time 2. Change the template used so that it has a similar colour palette and look and feel of the existing dashboard site 3. Modify the existing web2project site admin panel to manage the market visit report contributors, provide access and display of the features of the new Market reports tab. 4. This is a task for a freelancer who can manage a project not just write code. There are two key tasks: 1. Set up a tab on an existing Codeigniter website 2. Link this tab to a web2project website that has been modified to take a template (Market Visit Report), suppress some features that are not needed and re-skin the web2project site so that it resembles the existing codeigniter site in colours and identity 2. Bidders who represent or can create a small team of creative designers and coders to complete the task based on the framework selected will be of most interest. It is not a task for a single individual. It is suitable for a small group of freelancers who can collaborate to achieve the task or a software company. 3. The project has a tight deadline - 12 weeks to completion. 4. The project has a guideline budget of $750 - $1,250. It is competitive so the preferred bidder will be the one that offers best value - quality, time and price 5. Only freelancers whose responses show that they have read the brief and can describe how they will achieve the project within the time and budget will be considered. So, what is required is a description and timeline of how you will achieve the project, your resources and the management approach you will use.
