I have made a lot of migrations of templates from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5 and even 3.x. You are asking of migration to Joomla 2.5. Are you sure? Why not Joomla 3.x. You will have then maximum security. Anyway my offer includes also template migration to Joomla 3.x ;)
