We understand that the current website is catalogue website in which we need to provide a functionality so that admin can import products Manually and CSV. Yes you are right that the CSV is the best way to do this with multiple choice of attribute in it, but we can create a system in the admin panel so that you can add the products with the selected attributes and add them to the website.
