I am looking for a designer to make a simple web page. The idea of the site is for users to enter in a bills serial number and submit a few details about that note. Then when somebody else finds that specific bill they can enter in that same serial number and follow the history. It is similar to a site called '' wheresgeorge.com. '' So basicly it's tracking bills.
I have an idea for the layout to the page and it will be very basic. I will also need you to set up the database for users to log the serial numbers into. For details, just message me.
