Convert PSD to Wordpress Woocommerce responsive OnePage Template with 5 views, Productpage and Checkout

Design have to be converted from Photoshop PSD to Wordpress Woocommerce responsive Template (desktop, tablet landscape/portrait, phone landscape/portrait).
Woocommerce is already installed and tablet portrait view is made.
Design ([login to view URL]) has 5 responsive Home views and will delivered as PSD. It has only this OnePage Layout.
For Product selection ([login to view URL]) and Checkout ([login to view URL]) there is no psd with 5 views but it has to be made responsive too.
In the red header has always shown the actual date.
On checkout there has to be a javascript timer, which is counting down 2 minutes.
On Home all Buttons have to scroll down to form at bottom. In next step product is selected on Productpage, Finally all values (Address+ Product) have to be shown at checkout where payment and optionally delivery address can be selected (checkbox).
