Contract generation web application

RFP for the development of an application of the following characteristics: Workflow: - Main page presents a list of different contracts. - When a contract is clicked, the full text is displayed in another page, certain parts of the contract will depend on the user input, so they will be displayed as text fields that must be completed. - The user will fill in these fields, and then click on a button at the end of the page that will generate a PDF with the full wording, including the information entered by the user. Details: - No information will be stored, its all transitory. - Design will be provided, both for the application itself, as for the contracts. It will be a simple designed, based on Bootstrap, but without support for smaller, mobile devices because the screen would be too small to be able to do any work on the contracts (only desktop and tablet support). - We will provide the complete design in PSD or AI format, using web-safe fonts. This design will encompass the actual pages, and the contracts. - Estimated 4 contracts to be loaded as static in the system (there is no admin console to modify them, they can be programmed directly as they won't be revised often). - Can be programmed using PHP + an open source library to generate PDFs, or with Django. Ideally, Django would be better but PHP is OK. - Attached is an example of a PDF with the fields that can be filled-in. In this case it would be a web application that presents the contract the exact way it would be on the PDF, and the fields are completed on the website. The final PDF is not editable once generated, its just nicely formatted text. Please contact us if there are any doubts.
