Conditional Website Redirect - Based on Referral Url and Country

Need someone to redirect my website and all pages under it to a different url. Any clicks that come from google adwords paid clicks and bing paid clicks canada will be redirected to the original page and website and anything else will go to a different url. An easy task for someone who knows what they are doing. n Please quote "redirectwebsite" so that i know you read the project.
