Code website, subscription portal, and simple DRM/CRM software -APR

OVERVIEW: We have a new client who has a design and wireframe for their website, subscription portal, and online software. The software is a very basic system which will need to be built in such a way that additional features can be added at a later date. The wireframe can be viewed at [login to view URL] Design files are attached for review here as well. REQUIREMENTS: 1. You must type and speak English proficiently. You will be interviewed via SKYPE before a hiring decision is made. You will be dealing directly with the client on occasion and MUST be able to communicate well. 2. You MUST have experience in programming applications or SaaS. DON'T bid if your portfolio is nothing but websites. 3. IF you bid, you should include at LEAST one SaaS or application including login information so that we can review your work. 4. YOU are responsible for this project from start to finish. You will communicate with the client on a Project Management level, YOU will create milestones and due dates, and you MUST hold yourself accountable to those milestones. 5. You will be working on an APACHE configuration with MySQL and latest PHP. 6. the software MUST be secure. You can provide suggestions as to what you recommend to enhance security. BUDGET: The client has a strict budget, do NOT bid over the budget in the project description. I will delete your bid immediately if you do not keep within budget.
