Hi, How many sites are we talking about here? Do you host multiple sites and got more infected? Wordpress does not have security issues, the problem always comes with wrong permissions. Best thing to do is perform a cleanup, lock down the permissions (which will make the Plugins installation via WP-ADMIN fail) and keep it like that. Only enable back when you want to install plugins or just upload them manually via FTP. I can advise or even better, setup a secure VPS/server from scratch for you with best environment possible to avoid such future problems and improve performance, with a security policy and documentation in place.
