I need few customizations in a drupal website

e course detail page. When we click on Enrol on a course page and go to the cart, we can’t see the chosen date in the shopping cart itself also. –

, how can we list those tutors on a views grid in Drupal? [url removed, login to view] like here?
3.I noticed in the module it has the admin section to edit the welcome letter etc. But I cant see a way to edit them?
[url removed, login to view] tutor have their own welcome letter which gets sent to the student once they click accept course? – Admin option for that and for tutor also, which they can customize.
