I am looking for a directory where the user will register as a provider and visitor will register as client. Client will post the question and user will answer them. User/client needs to get there mobile number and email verified. For each question client post, user is going to answer them. The number of answer the user gives will get the credits in his profile. I have the design and need a responsive coding. The website needs to be secured and can build using some framework.
