Our company has an existing website template that is hosted on wordpress. We need to optimize the speed and mobile function of the site. The work should be relatively simple, but it is beyond our expertise. Here are a few of the tasks that have been recommended to us. Optimize images, leverage browser caching, eliminate render blocking javascripts & css, reduce server response time, minify javascripts, and enable compression. We would like for someone to analyze our website and provide us with a project proposal for the work. We would also like to hear any other website suggestions you have beyond the scope of speed and mobile optimization. If you have any of these additional suggestions please include them separate from the initial proposal.
