Build a Two-Page Microsite

I need a Freelancer to build me a two-page microsite which will be used as a referral mechanism. I already have the design along with some code. I am thinking to build it using WordPress. Hosting will be on GoDaddy. I need someone who is very experience in building high quality websites and is familiar with Go-daddy. Description of website: First, users enters their email addresses on a splash page to capture emails both for our list and so that we could use it as an identifier for tracking referrals. The second page should contain a shareable link to the splash page coded specifically to the user. Below the link are buttons to share the link through email, Facebook and Twitter. Requirements: - Someone who can not only program but have design skills. - Someone who has at least 300 hours on Guru. - Someone who has a 5 star rating. - Someone who has excellent knowledge in working with Ruby on Rails, CSS, HTML, and Word press - Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products - Someone who speaks English well.
