Need a provider who can build a membership system for NGO. Used to have it in Excel but now need a system to manage & keep track of the growing members subscription. Similar to CRM, but not for sales purpose. - Online login - Easy import & export multiple fields of data from/to xls/csv - view individual records with photo, comments - search & filter from any field - Track delete/modify history - Print all / individual record in certain template (A4 size) - Track subscription expiry - Track / Add notes, files to individual Admin - able to create multiple fields, add records, etc - create other users & set permission on features - User friendly, fast to load, friendly on mobile (Not mobile site) - Need to be practical. Works on all common browser. - Technical Support is a MUST. Bugs support. these are only feature i can think of. If provider got existing running system to be customized would be good.
