Build a CMS for my current site

This project needs to compliment my current website and template. I'm looking for a CMS where users can sign up and create there own content which will then be displayed on the main site after approval by admin. Some project details will be given directly to vetted proposals. The project includes the following: Sign up & Login -MUST have Email or Facebook option -Email sign up will include (Name, email, & password) -Facebook will auto create account with (Name, email, profile picture, basic details, location) -Sign up must have a email confirmation to confirm identity before login-in -Must have lost password recovery Profile (after login) -Confirm details - Name, Email, profile picture, basic details, location, etc -Settings - edit profile & option to connect profile to facebook if not connected. -View Approved or denied content (notes by admin why content was denied) -View Current or past content -Create, delete, or update content -Share content via social media Content -Each content will include: ---Title ---Type ---Date & Time ---Repeat (once, daily, weekly, monthly) ---Description ---Location (Google maps search bar) ---Header Photo ---Confirm details ---Submit for review Admin Page -Admin approves or deny events -Reset passwords -Create accounts These details are close to the exact information.
