Banner and coupons module for mobile app

We are in the middle of the development of a mobile app that is web based managed, we are dividing the app in sections. This job is for the coupons and banners system of the app. We need a banner and coupon managment script that can be ready to integrate with our future mobile app UI. The script should be web based and have 2 types of users: Master admin: control all banners and coupons, upload, edit and delete. also can set pricing for them. Business admin: business admin can buy and upload coupons and banners There are two products, banners and coupons Banner ads Master admin will be able to determine via a web based page the banner ads plans with price and duration for a cost per thousand impressions system(CPM). Banners can be created by Master admin and Business admin via a web based page. Banners are created by uploading the banner image, selecting available plans and pay via payment gateway. Each banner created should associate with an active banner plan with a set duration and the number of impressions purchased. Banners are displayed in banner sections in mobile app in a CPM basis. Coupons For a coupon to be created Master admin or Business admin will go to web based admin page where they are asked for a coupon description, number of times it can be used by user. Coupons are then displayed in a dynamic feed in a page in the mobile app for end users to use. Since the mobile app has no final UI, you can deliver this module with testing app and explain how it will be integrated in the coupons page in the final app. Users can click on "use coupon" button in the mobile app in each coupon. The script will return a unique coupon number like "akd242ks" Business admin that created the coupon and Master admin receive a list of coupons used with their respective unique numbers. Most of this functions are available in ready made scripts. You can use those and adapt to our specific needs.
