Auto-Answer Incoming Calls sending desired DTMF

Hello, This project is for a small system which will listen to certain incoming sip routes and answer the call and then dial a two digit number. This number would need to be obtained from a webpage we would build for the user to enter into the webpage. System: Asterisk (Elastix primary) Latest 2.x version OS: CentOS 6/7 So the work flow is as follows: 1.) User visits php page> 2.) User is assigned a sip number which we own (one that is not currently in use; please note we will only have 2 available numbers for this application) > 3.) User then fills out a simple form adding the 2 digit code > 4.) user submits > 5.) Asterisk waits for incoming calls > 6.) Asterisk answers the call on the specific number given to the user, pauses, then send a two digit DTMF from users input prior > 7.) Call is hung up. > 8.) A success message is then displayed on the webpage that the process was successful. We are looking for bidders that have at least 20 positive feedbacks as well as a high completion rating.
