To implement a Java Swing Histogram we just need one paint function which paints rectangles of various lengths when the data is entered. I think I very clearly understand the problem at hand and can complete it efficiently.I can also make a stand alone application which can be run like an .exe which takes data input from a UI and displays the histogram. Please consider my bid as i am really confident I can solve this because I have solved similar problems before. Please message me for any queries.
