I have built a website about science history, and I need someone to build a contact form in the footer of this site, after the 'Postface' section. > Website : This is a mono-page website build from scratch with HTML+JS URL : [login to view URL] > Features : Elements and Fields required in the form : - "Vous avez une question concernant Maurice Lévy ?" (Title of the form) - prénom (= first name field) - Nom (= name field) - Adresse e-mail (= E-mail Adress field) - Message (multiline text field) - captcha (please use recaptcha) - Envoyer (submit button) > Results : Messages must be sent to my email address > Deliverables and process : Step 1 : design the contact form adapted to the footer, with same text font as the one in the website, so that I can validate it. Step 2 : build the contact form Step 3 : test it, and if I receive the emails, it's done. Access : The website is already hosted on an OVH server. I will give you FTP access and PHP is already installed on the server Who can apply for this small job : a webmaster/webdeveloper who knows to design simple web elements and element a PHP form.
