Add features to wordpress theme

This project will consist on adding several features to a wordpress theme that was purchased. If you do NOT know how to add features (via programming) to wordpress themes, ignore this post. The current theme is located at [login to view URL] Features to add: 1- Improved Registration Menu ----- Registered users should be able to select between "Dealer" or "Individual" (user type), input their username, email, repeat password, and of course, some method to prevent spammers (captchas). The user type should be editable in the admin panel... ------ It should look similar to: [login to view URL] . Let's say it will be a copy of this signup page. (including the paragraphs on the left, etc) ------ Also, me, as an administrator, should be able to "Accept" the Dealer users in the admin panel, so all users registered as dealer should be put into "pending" until I confirm its a dealer. 2- Create a Dealer Search feature ------ As the name says, it will be a search option. Users will be able to locate dealers and then the website will list each dealer BASED on the location chosen (closer to far) ------ It should look similar to [login to view URL] (the search). Here is where the users write the location where they want to see dealers (Example, 80 miller avenue, california) and so on. ------ After they do the search, (please write "Santiago" without the "" in the search box and hit search), a new page with all the dealers should appear. ------ When the user clicks one the the dealers from the listed ones, it should send the user to the dealers page (dealers page already in the theme, so it would be a way to link it to their page).. Note: yes, I am willing to give you both theme templates so you can "like copy" the features I want from the automall theme to the carDepot theme, since I'd like it to be a replica, if possible..
