XML-driven flash image viewer.

We need a flash animation that can display a dynamic guest list for an upcoming event. We'll provide a URL that will generate a list of attending guests in following format: FIRST_NAME_1 LAST_NAME_1 http://IMAGE_URL_1 <comment>COMMENT_1</comment> FIRST_NAME_2 LAST_NAME_2 http://IMAGE_URL_2 <comment>COMMENT_2</comment> FIRST_NAME_3 LAST_NAME_3 http://IMAGE_URL_3 <comment>COMMENT_3</comment> The flash animation must read this XML, and use it to construct the guest list as mocked up in the attached images. Initially, the flash animation should not show the guest list (see [login to view URL]). It must, however, expose a javascript hook that will allow us to display the guest list. When we call this hook, the flash animation should display the guest as per guestListVisible.jpg. It is up to the developer to decide what transition to use in displaying the guest list - I would propose a slide in from above. If more than 10 guests are in the XML file, developer must implement basic previous page | next page functionality (see [login to view URL]). Developer must match dimensions of mockup. The overall animation must be 800px x 526px. Each guest image ist guaranteed to be 50px x 50px. If a guests' comment will overrun the three lines allocated to them, please truncate them with a '...'. Please feel free to ask any questions if you need clarification. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
