Wordpress PlugIn RSS to PHP Parser

I am need of someone that can create a Plug-In for Wordpress that would enable people to display live RSS feeds. The RSS feeds must be converted to HTML or PHP coding. When you view the source it should show what is exactly on the website, and it should not show any javascript coding. So I am need of an RSS to PHP or RSS to HTML Parser. This Wordpress Plug-In should work with the following: RSS versions 0.9x, 1.x and 2.x, plus Atom 0.3 and 1.0. This plug-in needs to enable people to easily add a small line of code to their post and it should display the actual feed. So for example as people write their post in Worpdress in the code section I want them to be able to paste something like this: <!--rss:rss_feed_url:=[login to view URL],num_items:=10,random:=false--> So I want the plug-in to just take the RSS Feed entered and turn it into the content. The RSS feed should display similar to this if it was eBay content: [login to view URL] All of the RSS links created should contain the no-follow attribute. This plug-in will mainly be used to feed in eBay RSS feeds, but I want this program to work for any kind of RSS content so people can have constantly updated content. It MUST HAVE the no-follow attribute attached to each link that shows up so that search engines cannot spider through the links to the other page. I must be able to test this out before any payment will be released. This should be pretty simple because I know there are similar programs out there already that do this.
