Website to Search 5,000 pages of PDF material

I have no idea how to accomplish this project, so I'll describe it and see what questions you have:

1) I have scanned in several massive books that are all volumes in a series of books. There are about 5,000 pages (rough estimate) and these pages have had OCR applied and I can search them in Adobe PDF reader. I want to make these pages searchable in a website, however, since the material is copyrighted I can't let users actually have access to the material -- I just want them to be able to search for different boolean terms and phrases and then be returned a paragraph of the material surrounding their search terms, and what page number they can find this on in the paper copy of the book. Since this material is specialty material, most of my web users will actually own a copy of the book, so the search function enhances their ability to use their books.

2) However, currently the page numbers in the PDF documents I have do not correspond to the page numbers in the actual printed book. For example, page 312 in the book may be scanned into page 120 of the PDF document. I need a way for users to be quickly given the REAL page number they can find the information on.

3) So, I'm looking for someone to take my PDFs and build a website that makes them searchable -- quickly -- and returns to my users page numbers and a few sentences of context before and after their search terms.
