Upgrade shopping cart software to x-cart

This project requires to change our website shopping cart software to the x-cart.
Our website is a digital product website with instant download function. There are about 150 products, 317 customers, 48 link partners and 259 order records.
You are required to:
1/ import the existing database to be used in the new software;
2/ customize the add-on template skin comes with the software;
3/ redirect about part (about 30) of the old dynamic PHP product pages, reciprocal partner links to the new corresponding page;
4/ install a reciprocal manager script to the website (we provide the script).
During upgrade/modification, you should ensure minimum interruption to the normal operation of the website. Acceptance test is required before final switching to the new software.
Half of the project sum will be escrowed in the GAF, which will be released to you together with the outstanding balance through Paypal upon completion of the project.
