i can do all of the flash and design work. i just need someone to make it functional. the creating and modifying should work like this: [login to view URL] (see the example). if its easier i am will to buy this component and have you modify it instead of building it from scratch. what i currently have is on www.myrealestateflyer.com. i want it so that a user can register and have a password to get into their account. once they are in their account they will have the option to create a new site or flyer or modify existing ones. if they create a new one, they will pick a template (that i will create) from a bunch of thumbnails, then modify it like they do on [login to view URL] The site creator and the flyer creator should work exactly the same. the only difference will be that the flyer one will be a one page template without the option of links. once a user's site is built, i want people to be able to go to it by going to [login to view URL] or something like that. it also needs to be built so i can add new templates without needing outside help. i do a lot of projects so if you bid yourself well and do an awesome job i will for sure use you again. thanks, i hope all this made sense.
