PHP website

considering bigs ## Deliverables I am looking for an experienced web builder/coder to build and code a website for me to my specification. The right person must have strong skills in PHP About the website. Basically i will be designing the template and images myself but i still need it to be very clean. The website will be a community based website called u-dare. basically: the website is a community based site where users post 'challenges' and 'dares' to the website. ? other ? can then accept a challenge or dare for instance ' i dare someone to run round a cinema naked' ? the user will then carry out this challenge and record it on video and upload it to the site to prove the dare has been completed and thus ? winning the challenge. ? their will be 2 types of challenges a free challenge and a cash challenge the free challenge will win the user who completes the challenge for ? points which will be entered into a hiscore system with other users but cash dares are slightly more complex. for cash challenges a user who posts a dare must offer money to the user who completes the dare (aswell as points on hiscores) . for instance ' 10$ for the person who runs round the cinema naked' once the dare has been posted their must be a way to take the 10$ off the user and store it ? until the dare has been completed it will then be transferred to the user who has completed the dare. the user who has earned the 10$ will then be able to withdraw it or use it to post another dare. dares can be of any value. if a dare is not completed within a chosen time limit or users have tried and failed to complete the challenge the money will be returned to the user who posted the dare. other users who browse challenges and like them but do not want to carry out the challenge will have the option to add money to the challenge. for example player 1 is daring users to run round the cinema naked for 10$, no one has accepted the challenge so player 2 decides he wants to add 10$ to the challenge so it becomes 20$ for the person who runs round the cinema naked.? when a user accepts the challenge the challenge will temporarily close for a period of time chosen by the challenge maker so that the ? challenge can be carried out and video evidence be uploaded. if the video footage/ evidence is not uploaded in this time the challenge is failed ? and another user can accept the challenge, it must also be an option for multiple users to accept one single challenge at the same time and at the end when all evidence is uploaded to the challenger he will decide who wins. if video evidence is uploaded and a challenge is completed but the challenger decides that the challenge was not completed well enough and they do not want to pay the ? user who completes the challlenge it will be reffered to me to decide in my control panel. ? players will be 2 seperate hi score lists on the site. one for challengers and one for dare devils ( people who complete challenges). they will get certain ammounts of points for each one and players will be eligible to entered both hi scores at once. certain ammounts of points will earn the players badges/ratings which will be displayed on a personal page each user has when their name is clicked that also displayes username location age, etc. when a challenge is made users will have the choice of entering just text or to add an image video to the challenge, when a challenge is completed by another user they will be able to upload a video fo the completed challenge below and other users will still be able to comment it. other features required -? ? - a forum connected to the user accounts which displays their points and badges under their usernames when they make a post .. preferabley ? phpbb.,? a chat room / shout box on the home page - categorized library of open ? challenges and completed challenges - contact page - where users can contact me via a message system so i can reply to their inbox - highscores - as described above - news feed on the front page will automatically displays new challenges in small a small text box. - news feed that automatically prints completed challengers and the name of the user who completed the challenge. i need a control panel where i can control every aspect of the site with ease and edit user accounts, hiscores, challenges, and everything else. i have explained in breif the general way the site will work however i havent put all the details their regarding aspects such as the hiscores and rating system etc. i will lreveal all the other details when it comes to it or they are required to continue building the website. the site needs to have a very good community feel i would like a control panel to control the website. from this control?
