245364 Joomla PHP/MySQL XML data

This project has been started but not completed. You could view the existing PHP/MySQL code for ideas. The original programmer has graciously volenteered to allow some questions by the winning bidder if required about the existing code. Parse the Adobe Livecycle PDF submitted XML utf8 and utf16 data submitted and store in MySQL database. Create an area that allowed XML files to be uploaded into MySQL and processed.
