Directory script

Directory Link management for exsisting site:

I am looking to add directory features -so that people can submit reciporcal links to my site and I can approve or disapprove from a control panel. It needs the following options:

- optional paid links.

-check if links are broken

-no follow

This script would need to be implemented to work with my exsiting site so that links could be placed automatically on the proper page. I have about 340 exsisting staic pages.
