CMS, Simple Shopping Cart and a few Tweaks

I run [login to view URL]; right now it is extremely difficult to update it because I have to go through the entire HTML and so on before I can make any changes. I am trying to automate the site as much as I can. I would like a CMS system where users can upload videos, profiles and tutorials... once it is uploaded, I have the choice as an admin whether to accept or deny the request. In the admin panel I want to be able to edit the things that users upload. For example, if they upload a video and I don’t like the description they gave the video, I want to be able to edit that field in the admin panel. Then once it is ready I can approve it and it is automatically added to the website. If I accept, I want the video added in the clips section, profile added in the profiles section and tutorial added to tutorials section. I'm also going to start selling merchandise soon... so I will need a simple shopping cart integrated in the design. The script needs to be able to allow me to add/remove items from inside the admin panel and do other simple modifications to the products like price changes, shipping, taxes etc. I need a reciprocal link script that allows for quick and easy link exchanges. I want the script to require people to have my link in order for their link to be added on my site. So on the top I want my information that is required for the user to add and then they can fill out some fields to have their link added on my links section. So once I check their site out and see my link, I can approve them and theirs is added on my site. I want the contact section to have form fields that allows the users to fill in their first name, last name, email, subject and message. I want the subject field to have a drop down box that contains a few different subjects. I want all that nested nicely in the admin panel. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). --------------------------------- Here is some very detailed information on what I want with the new design. 1. Utilize the top left login box with the new design. I want the box to allow users to log in quickly and submit videos/profiles. Once the user has logged in, I want the script to change the login box to now offer member options as well as a logout button. So once they are logged in, I want them to be able to submit videos and so on. I want cookies to keep the user logged in, even if it has some security issues. 2. I want the title of each clip page to be Beyond Football - Freestyle Video: CLIPNAMEHERE I also want each clip page to follow a similar template like the current one. DO NOT JUST COPY PASTE THE HTML FROM THE CURRENT DESIGN. Instead, just copy the text, not the design. The text colors are set up in the new design and just use them. The [login to view URL] page is set with the content I want, just fix the poll, the login box and make it compatible with the script. 3. I want an edit option in the admin panel. This option will allow me to edit an entry that I receive. For example, if I do not like the video description, I can change it to whatever I like. 4. I want the user to have a Rookies or Top Freestyle option when uploading a video. I want this question to be asked when submitting a video and profile, Are you a Top freestyler or a Rookie? If they select Rookie, then the video goes to the rookie section, if they select Top freestyler, then the video goes to the regular clips section. I want to be able to edit this however, if I disagree in the admin panel. 5. I want you to follow the URL structure that is established in the current site. For example, I want [login to view URL] to be [login to view URL] in the new design. Do not change any of the URL structures. I want the old videos to have the same URLS. The new videos should allow me to change the clip title. So when someone submits a video and calls it [login to view URL], I can change it to [login to view URL] and it ends up being [login to view URL] Also, keep the URL structure the same everywhere else, on the profiles page and all of them. If the URL structure is changed, this will ruin my search engine listings that I have worked for 2 years now. 6. In the top left of the site there is something like 01 HOME which is just regular text. Please change it as the pages change. For example, Register page will ber 02 REGISTER, LOGIN page will be 03 LOGIN and all the clips will have 04 CLIPS... and so on. Follow the order for the numbers from the top navigation bar... that order is the one I want. 7. On the main page I want to be able to edit the text from inside the admin panel. I will make lots of updates and I want the users to know what is new. Right now on the site you can see how it works on the bottom of the main page. Something similar like that that will be easy and fast to update. 8. For ages in the profiles section, I want the person to be asked for a date of birth so that it automatically updates the age in the profiles section once they person gets older. 9. In the second box in the bottom right of the design I want to have the top 5 videos listed. These top 5 videos will be voted on by users who watch the videos. Once they go to watch a clip, underneath the video there will be 5 stars that the user can select from in order to vote. Each video will have these stars and they will decide who is in the top 5 videos in the bottom right box. Next to the top five videos I want a rating like 4.53 with the top one listed first. These top 5 videos should be linked to the page that has the video. I tried to be as detailed as possible so that most things are clear. If you have any questions please let me know.
