Wordpress and php expert - small trial project

I am looking for someone who has a very good understanding of Wordpress and php to do two small projects.
Project consists of two parts. First part is to make some simple changes in the design of a theme. The theme right now does not incorporate a photo in the header, and I would like to incorporate a photo in the header. The rest of the changes are changes in the CSS, such as change in some of the colours (background), link colours and things like that. The most important change is placing the photo in header.
The second part of the project, requires knowledge of php and mysql. The above design is for a membership site, that has a membership plugin. A user needs to login into the site in order to see the content. The site incorporates a sign up form that lets users sign for a product, but asks for the email of user for signing into the product. This is because this is thought for users who are not members to be able to sign up. Basically the site has a form, user puts there his email, presses send, and the name of user is incorporated to the database of the product and he has access to the product.
What I would like done is something very simple. When a user logs into the site, the website already knows this person is a member. Following this, if this person wants to sign up for a new product in the membership site, I would like to facilitate for him a button for signing up. Basically and instead of asking the user for the email address, it should recognize it and use it for the sign up. I would need this code (sign up) placed into a button. SO basically if a user logged in sees the button… he presses it… and the button automatically adds his email address to the database of the product, so he has access to it. Now he is able to do so but needs to put (again) his email address and I would like to simple up the process. That is all.
If this project is done successfully, I will be needing more projects related to this website which is still under development and needs many more things.
