Custom Wordpress Website Theme and Features

Looking for an expert at PHP and WordPress who also speaks english very well. Someone that is able to talk over the phone/ skype once in a while to discuss the status of the website.. probably 1-2 times a week. I will be providing website mock-ups via Photoshop files and the developers job is to develop the website and features. Below are the features: ? Development of an e-commerce shopping cart system allowing users to select items and place them in their cart and to complete the shopping experience with a “checkout” ? Development of a notification system which e-mails each user with their user name and password upon signing up. ? Payment gateway is required as users will shop with credit/ debit (possibly via Paypal). ? Shipping cost calculations ? User sign up, as users will be exported for constant contact or mail chimp for email newsletter campaign. ? Saving a shopping cart prior to “checking out” ? MyMarathon Map - Saving a customizable 50 state map, to color and save (login to save). Ex: if you finish 40 states, it would color all the states in different colors and save their info. ? Form - 8 question From with photo uploader “before & after” that would create a printable 8.5x11 inch (letter) size PDF file that could be sharable on Pinterest, ect. ? Coaches Classifieds- Need to create directory listing of coaches page with search function by state, zip code, and address. ? 10-10-10 pace calculator = Input goal finish time and the Pacing calculator spits out the 10 mile 20 mile cumulative total then the last 10K split. ? Can be printed. For example: 2:49:59 would read 1:02:30, 2:04:45, 43:04 If project goes well there will be more work down the line.
