The existing php website has been put together by an amateur (me) using a template. The design, layout and colour scheme is not very good. Since talking to bidders I have found out that I need someone to do a graphic design/colour scheme for home page, product item/artist page, categories page, shopping kart page and services page and to supply this in psd format so that a CSS coder can integrate the new design into the existing template. SO, I'm looking for someone with design skills who can also do the CSS coding. PLUS 1. The typography/layout is also horrible and needs a designer's touch. 2. The menu system needs attention and can be displayed better - perhaps horizontally 3. I need integration with PAyPal. Currently site purchases are sent by email I have attached a page layout I have done to give a very rough idea BUT IT IS NOT THE FINISHED DESIGN

I've changed the brief slightly after getting some useful comments from one of the bidders.
I've also done some very amateur design ideas that I can send to those who wish to look again at the job.
## Platform
1. Windows XP - Mozilla and Explorer 2. Linux - Netscape, Opera, Mozilla Linux or Apple Mac I'm not fussy about if the effort to make it compatible is uneconomic.
