I would like a site builder program that is super easy to use for beginners. Something along the lines of what homestead has. The program would be downloaded and run on a windows system. But it would only work with my hosting service. And the WebPages created on it would only work on my hosting service. I can't stress enough this needs to be easy for newbies. From the download process to install to actually building and uploading the site. In needs to include all the normal pages including a simple order form.
