SugarCRM extensions

We currently use Symantec Act, want to move to SugarCRM open source [login to view URL] There are some Act features that SugarCRM doesn't include so we need these extensions. Please bid if you can do some or all of these, indicate which features your bid includes. 1) Live link to Sugar data as an address book in email client program - prefer Mozilla ThunderBird, 2nd choice MS Outlook. 2) Live link to Sugar data as an address book in webmail client program - prefer Horde, 2nd choice Squirrelmail. 3) Live link to Sugar data as data source for Word processor mail merge. Prefer Open Office, 2nd Choice Word. This will be a "Pull" where operation is started and finished in WP. 4) Button on Sugar page to create letter in Word processor, select template to use, insert data from current page. Prefer Open Office, 2nd Choice Word. This will be a "Push" where operation is started in Sugar and finished in WP. 5) Save emails received, emails sent in Sugar tables. 6) Save WP documents created in Sugar tables. 7) Can we keep an offline copy of Sugar on our Notebooks? Ideally would allow 2 way synchronisation between online and offline copies, 2nd choice no synchronisation simply copy online copy to offline for read only access. 8) Professional Sugar has Products and Quotations, we want these features added to the open source verion so we will have the source code so we can amend/maintain. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
