ISAPI filter that generate a cookie for visitors to a website

We need an ISAPI filter that generate a cookie for visitors to a website. The cookie needs to be logged in the IIS log files. Is has to run on Windows 2003 using IIS 6 WebTrends has already made a ISAPI filter like this, but it doesn't work for IIS 6 / Windows 2003. The program needs to have: An install program that configures the options An ISAPI filter Installation documentation (english) Program to active product using serial number (for customer use) Keygenerator (for our use) When installing the ISAPI filter it should work for 30 days. After that it requires a serial number in order to active the program again.
