help for php installation

i now install a small database in my localhost,php4.2.3 run in IIS(windows XP pro)& mysql.

executed and get error:

Notice: Undefined variable:REQUEST_METHOD in d:[login to view URL] on line 9

Notice: Undefined variable: REQUEST_METHOD in d:[login to view URL] on line 36

Notice: Undefined variable: REQUEST_METHOD in d:[login to view URL] on line 91

i guess this is [login to view URL] problems

prefer help for installation via ICQ

* if u familiar with apache but not IIS,it is ok too!,i can install apache as localhost server*

if you provide with free help,i will gladly give you a good review !

* i was install and running this on apache personal server ,all run well but when i try to upload pic to a tmp.folder and it seem like unsuccess and a message of security alert showing that force-cgi-redirect ?

i also would like to solve this problem in apache if u guy know to assist.Thanks.
